Continuation course

This course is for you that have done some paddling and want to learn more. It is good, but it is not requirement if you have participated in one of our beginners courses. Our experienced instructors will teach you more about paddle strokes and correct the mistakes that you might be doing wrong.

Day 1
We meet at Kajak & Uteliv at 19.00. Our instructors will have a theme for the evening:
What kind of clothes is suitable for paddling?
How do you dress in breathable clothes?
What equipment do you need to take when you go paddeling?
The evening finish with theory for next days exercises.

Day 2
We will meet after a good nights sleep at Kajak & Uteliv on Gräddö at 9.00 am. We will start from the beginning with paddle strokes and entering and exiting the kayak. Once on the water we will move towards more advanced paddle strokes. We will practice different rescues like the buddy rescue but focus is on self rescue.
