One-day paddle Roslagens archipelago including lunch 
In the morning the adventure start at Kajak & Uteliv on Gräddö. Our guides will take you around the area and show some of the fantastic places.

Kayak and Yoga
A different adventure for both body and soul.
Give yourself a day in our beautiful archipelago and enjoy both kayaking and yoga. You can be an beginner in both areas, the only thing we require is that you want to try it out!

We invite you to a perfect end of a day, sunset and warm winds will take you away. Together with our professional guides you will explore the area close to Gräddö and discover the joy of paddling.

Family Fun Paddle
Bring your whole family to this adventure. Our competent guides will make sure everybody enjoys a fun and safe afternoon paddling.
Dates: June 29 July 6, 13, 20, 27 August 3 and 10. From 1 pm - 4 pm. Bookings are essential.
