Terms and condions for renting

Liability and insurance
You paddle at your own risk and you must be able to swim
It unconditional to wear the life jacket supplied by us
Keep us informed about delays
You are liable for all damages and losses to kayak and equipment
Check with your insurance company if your policy covers foregoing
Kajak & Uteliv does not have any insurance to cover customers damages or
losses.
All equipment shall be returned well cleaned
Booking and payment
You can book either by phone or email and the booking is binding
You can have a cancellation protection, see below
When booking earlier than 21 days before departure, the prepayment fee is
30 % of the total amount.
When booking 20 days or later, the booking fee is 50 % of the total
amount. The balance is paid before departing our site.
Cancellation
Cancelling earlier than 21 days before departure you are reimbursed the
total amount .
Cancelling 8-20 days before departing, cancellation fee is 25% of total
amount.
Ccancelling 0-7 days before departure, you pay 50 %
Cancellation Protection
You can arrange a cancellaton protection when you book at a cost of
SEK 100 per kayak.
The protection is valid for you and/or your company if you become ill.
A doctor´s certificate is requested to get money back (except the
cancellation protection fee)
Kayaks and equipment
We are committed to supply you with seaworthy, functional and cleaned
kayaks all fully equipped.
